Tree Fern
(Cyathea cumingii)
Thriving in the humid climates of New Zealand’s forests, tree ferns form emerald-green scrub under the canopies of Pacific landscapes.
The symbol of their native New Zealand, tree ferns are also known under the name of Black Tree Fern or Mamaku.
Appreciating their soothing and restorative properties, the Maori use the pulp present in their trunks for medicinal purposes.
